This is just a quick note to express my gratitude towards Costar. On Tuesday, our main computer died. We then had to buy a new computer. COSTAR’s service team spent hours and got everything up and running perfectly!! I can’t say how much I appreciate all their time and effort, if not for them I would still be pulling my hair out.

I called this morning for COSTAR support because a program update was successful on my terminal but my other 3 terminals would not process the update. The Support team was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the excellent customer service provided. Thanks!
