			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I had the pleasure of working with the new Costar version (V34) last week at a shop in Port Coquitlam. I am highly impressed with both the new functionality and the improvements to existing features. In particular, I noticed the system has become very smart when the user inputs a change that may have ripple effects; such as prompting for the review of MSL /Retail pricing when new product is receipted at a new cost or; when customer/vehicle information is updated.</p>
<p>I’d like to put a good word in for Joan at Costar support too as she assisted me in upgrading the system last week and was extremely helpful, caring and accommodating. Given my past I believe I qualify as a judge of customer service and Joan’s was “top drawer.” In particular, her follow-up after the fact to ensure the issues were resolved. Please communicate my satisfaction to her.</p>
